Chasing the Moon

Something very unique that really needs to be seen at my exhibitions ( see events page) to get the full effect. The original painting is a ‘one off’ as it will not be used for prints due to the highlights in silver and gold.

It features 4 of the hares chasing the moon painted in soft pastel but then, using handmade paper designs, layers have been added on top in white, silver, green and blues giving the painting a dreamlike quality. Silver and gold pens have then been used to add some final touches.

Framed piece: Including white mat and grey frame under glass suited to contemporary or traditional interiors.
